Trondheim, Norge, 13. - 16. august 2013. VIA Egencia Group & Meeting in Trondheim is appointed official agent for all accommodation in connection with Aqua Nor 2013
In this capacity we dispose of approximately 80 % of the total hotel recourses in Trondheim and surroundings, to be distributed according to the Nor - Fishing organization's instructions.

We dispose of 2100 hotel rooms, 95 % of them located in the city center.

Due to the dominating demand for rooms during a short period of time, the organizers, VIA Travel and the hotels have agreed upon a set of reservation rules to be observed for all bookings. The most important rule is full prepayment, due June 01.

Our aim is to satisfy you to the best of our abilities and available recourses. The demand of hotel rooms in the city center is, as always, larger than the capacity.

Growing capacity
Rica Bakklandet Hotel with 170 brand new rooms opened in 2012. Finally, in spring of 2012, Clarion Hotel Trondheim was opened. It is one of the largest conference hotels in Scandinavia, spectacularly located by the seaside, with more than 400 rooms and a conference hall for 1800 persons.

Terms & Conditions for Aqua Nor 2013
Aquanor hotel allotment will be open (subject to availability) for reservation until 10 July 2013.
Payment:
- Accommodation shall be paid by credit card to VIA Egencia, both individual and room block reservations
- A deposit equal to one night accommodation per room will be charged upon registration
- Reservations up to 9 rooms: Final payment must be made by 30 June 2013
- Reservations of 10 rooms or more: Final payment must be made by 2 June 2013

Changes made by customer at booking site:
- You can change your reservation yourself using the link provided in the confirmation e-mail

Fees for cancellation or shortening of stay:

Cancellations between 01 March and 12 June, NOK 250, - per room, changes NOK 150, - per room.

Between 12 June and 12 July:

Shortening of stay and changes to reservation NOK 250,- per room

Cancellation of room: 40% of reservation, minimum NOK 400,-

From 12 July onwards all changes/cancellations are to be made directly to the hotel(s) in question.

between 12 July and 05 August, 60% of reservation, minimum NOK 500,-.

after 05 August, no refund.

- Changes undertaken by VIA Egencia Group & Meeting before the registration deadline are to be charged NOK 250 incl. VAT per room/per change. This will be in addition to any other required fee.

Manual changes made by VIA Egencia Group & Meeting (after 30 June and 2 June):

All names must be registered within 05^th of July 2013.
Cancellations/no-show:

- The deposit is not refundable after 1 June 2013 (3 months prior to Opening Day of Aquanor 2013).
(For cancellations before 1 March the refund of the deposit will be charged NOK 150 incl. VAT per room.)
- If no-show, and the hotels are able to resell your room, only first night of reservation will be charged
- If you do not check in at the hotel on the confirmed date of arrival, and you have not informed VIA Egencia Group & Meeting about later arrival, your stay will be cancelled, and the above cancellation conditions will apply.
